TUFF CABLE FOR SNOW MELTING

HOW IT WORKS

The CBX6, CBX23 or CBX7 Control Units provide a self monitoring computer that acts as the brains of system. The system is monitored 24/7 making it the safest radiant heat system available. The control unit houses the transformer which converts high voltage power from a breaker into safe low voltage power to the heating element. Each system is controlled by an activation device that controls the activation and deactivation of the system so it only runs when it needs to conserving energy.

	Tuff Cable is embedded or retrofit into existing surfaces. Tuff Cable produces up to 20 watts per square ft giving you the right amount of heat to melt snow efficiently without a huge operation cost. ACTIVATION DEVICES

There are several activation devices to choose from when customizing your snow melting system. We carry temperature and moisture sensors to automatically activate a system when the conditions are right. The sensor is programmed to stay activated for a delay of 1 - 5 hours depending on the model. Systems can also be activated manually with a 12 hour timer.
